About Us Our neighborhood is located on a hilly cul-de-sac in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Georgia. There are 24 homes in our neighborhood, and all 24 are members of the Wieuca Trace Homeowners Association. The first handful of homes in the neighborhood date back to 1980, with the remainder of the homes dating from the mid-90's. Several new homes have just been completed. Wieuca Trace is a private roadway, belonging to the homeowners association. Thus, the street is narrower than most other streets in the area, allowing for children to play in a safer environment free from cars speeding through the neighborhood. |

One of the many benefits of living at Wieuca Trace is its central location. Located in North Buckhead, Wieuca Trace is just 6 miles directly north from downtown Atlanta. Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square, two of the south's exclusive shopping malls are about 1 mile away. Georgia 400, a major highway is about 2 miles away. Sandy Springs and I-285 are just 5 miles away. Chastain
Park is only 2 miles away. There you'll find a 3-mile walking trail,
tennis courts, the North Fulton Golf Course, a public golf course, the
Chastain Horse Park,

Youth Organization, the Chastain Arts Centre and the Chastain

This school is recognized nationally, and has consistently ranks as the top public elementary school in the southeast. It is a National School of Excellence, and a Georgia School of Excellence. Middle school children attend Sutton Middle School, and high school children attend North Atlanta High School. All three schools are implementing the highly recognized International Baccalaureate (IB) program which is based in Geneva Switzerland. NAHS has a dual magnet program offering the Centers of International Studies and the Center for the Performing Arts.
